Beyerdynamic DT 1770 PRO: how much amplifier do you need?

The Beyerdynamic DT 1770 PRO is 250Ω with a sensitivity of 102.0 dB/mW, which is 108.0 dB/V. To reach 100 dB SPL — genuinely loud, louder than most people listen — it needs 0.63 mW, or 0.40 V across the drivers.
