Audio-Technica ATH-WP900: how much amplifier do you need?

The Audio-Technica ATH-WP900 is 38Ω with a sensitivity of 100.0 dB/mW, which is 114.2 dB/V. To reach 100 dB SPL — genuinely loud, louder than most people listen — it needs 1.0 mW, or 0.19 V across the drivers.
