Dan Clark Audio NOIRE XO: how much amplifier do you need?

The Dan Clark Audio NOIRE XO is 13Ω with a sensitivity of 90.0 dB/mW, which is 108.9 dB/V. To reach 100 dB SPL — genuinely loud, louder than most people listen — it needs 10 mW, or 0.36 V across the drivers.
